Hi & welcome to The Burgos Experience. I created this website to document our travels and experiences of living abroad, outside of our home countries. Collectively, we are from the Americas, but individually, we are from the United States, Honduras, & Mexico.
We left the United States in 2018 to live abroad as a family of three. We lived in Mexico for 2.5 years, where we added one more son to our family. From there, we moved to Spain in 2021, when he was almost one years old, and our oldest was 7 years old. We have now lived in Spain for 3.5 years of September 2024.
